So... we've FINALLY posted a couple new videos for you to check out from this past summer... including a behind the scenes clip from our CD Release Party in Philadelphia, plus a live clip of "I Need to See the Night" from the same show, as well as a video from when I sang "God Bless America" at the Philadelphia Phillies game. Secondly, I'd like to announce a very very special show coming up on Feb 23rd in Philadelphia... this show will be the debut of a new side project that includes myself on acoustic guitar, Adam Samuels on mandolin, Liz Hanley on violin, and a whole plethora of other random musicians joining the fun. The group is called THE LLOYDS and we are very excited to do our debut show at the Tin Angel in Philly! Here's all the info...

First off, a HUGE thank you to everyone who came to the Jan. 5th "GET RID OF YOUR WINTER BLUES FESTIVAL", and also all of the bands that participated. We raised about $600 for two charities (the Sowbackya Ilam Children's Home and the National Breast Cancer Foundation) and the show was really quite amazing, with a packed house at World Cafe Live.

Wow.. I feel like a jackass. We put up this nifty new website and have neglected to keep it updated. But today, I vow to you that I will update once a week! That's right..ONCE A WEEK!

Ok so maybe you have been wondering what's going on with SK & The Reaction. Well..as you know, in July we released our new album "Exhibit A" to a packed house at Philadelphia's World Cafe Live, and have since been consistently playing shows in NYC, Philly, Boston, VA, and many more places. (You can read more about all of that in the JOURNAL section, which I have also updated) But in the meantime, since this is the NEWS page, we'll key you in on the biggest news of the past few months... the addition of our new guitar player FRANK CELENZA. Frank is an amazing guitar player who is been writing and recording his own music for years, and it is a pleasure to have him join the lineup of the Reaction as he has added a whole new layer of kickin' guitar sound to the band. So at the next show be sure to say hello and give Frank a big hug, welcoming him into the band!
